My extended family doesn't really do seasonings... or cook most of the veggies so I've used the excuse of people a 14 hour car ride away to not participate for years. They do the exact same food at Christmas so I'm not missing out.

I've never had that sweet potato casserole. In this family thanksgiving feast is only turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green bean casserole and marshmallow salad. And than pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin pie for desert. I never even thought about other people having charcuterie boards. Does everyone do that?

I decided to create a gallery to display my growth over the year (I think) I've been doing manipulations!

My very first one I did back in May 2019 according to when I posted it on DA XD The quality is awful, but you gotta start somewhere, right? At the time, I used IbisPaint X on a Samsung tablet

This one I only added markings XD

I've always been bad at lighting XD This was also before I knew how to remove tack

A couple random banners I made. The bottom one was a more recent one, made in December

For Christmas I got a Huion tablet! Then I downloaded GIMP and tried to have some fun there! I ended up not liking it as much as Ibis, but I didn't want to let my new tablet go to waste

Still GIMP. Tried to focus on lighting some more. As you can see, I wasn't too good at tack removal XD I left some weird lines on the barrel.

Another GIMP piece but with wings! Was fairly proud of this one!

This one was fun! I finally figured GIMP out enough to make a decent piece!

I bought Photoshop! This was my first PS piece and I think it ended up looking pretty good!

LOVED making this piece! So much fun doing the hair!

THEN we had the amazing Rumble! Where I went by the alias Gale Force

I think it's safe to say that I improved just with those pieces! What a great time!

This was a fun little contest entry! I had fun blending pictures together to make the background!

And this is my most recent piece, finished today, actually XD

Wow- you've improved so much! I used to not know that it was done all digitally so I would CUT out my horse picture and GLUE onto a background... *sigh* (I was a kid at the time- and not on HEE). The learning days can be rough. You've definitely made amazing improvements! Can't wait to see more of your work :)
