Sorry if you've answered this one, but how do you add color to a horse? Like adding socks or coat patterns? |

IÂ’ve realized that several of these questions, such as color changing techniques and others, would be easier explained in tutorials. IÂ’m going to continue creating png tutorials as well as trying to record some. Please keep asking questions, and if I canÂ’t give you a written answer I will add it to my list of tutorials to make. |

Ok Libby... 1) Color changes. I know they were talked about a while ago and that was it. I'm stuck finding a lot of chestnuts, blacks, grays, and bays. How do i change those to blood bays, palominos, and crazy colors like that? I use GIMP and cant figure it out for the life of me.
2) Roans. Just.... how? Again i use GIMP.
3) Brushes. Aaaand again I use a different program, but how do I import brushes? here do i find them? Are they even necessary?

I'm still working on some color changing tutorials! :D White markings, roan, and palomino are first on my list, but I will try to hit them all ASAP.
I've honestly forgotten how to import brushes into GIMP but it's easy to find out if you google it. DA and many other websites have plenty of free brushes for GIMP if you search that as well! And I would definitely recommend downloading at least a few special brushes, such as clouds, splashes, and grass. :)
