Looks great, Fleur! The body just needs more definition. On a new layer, match up every spot that should have some muscle or wrinkles with a small white brush. Then blur the lines a bit before messing with the opacity to find the right balance. Some more shadows on the face would be great too. Personally, I'd like a little more background light hitting the bottom of the mane. Besides all that, though--it's absolutely stunning! Great job <3 |

Even at a stand still the mane is tossed and flopped all over and usually split. so make it messy! give it some waves and lots of fly aways! let it go wild (:

I got bored yesterday and decided to go back to before I had Gimp and PS and I made a manip on Ibis Paint. I wanted to see what I could do there using the techniques I've learned and I must say I'm pretty happy about it :D any thoughts welcome |

Oh wow, that's really cool. One of the things I noticed though, was that the shadow(?) on the shoulder and chin looked almost watercolor-ish. I would reccomend blending them in a little more. I also think you have too much lighting on the muzzle, especially the underside, considering how little lighting there actually is in that area. Very nice mane and tail! . Edit: Grammar |
