Once again, IÂ’ll give you the same advice IÂ’ve given the others asking about painting hair. Find some tutorials on DA and/or YouTube (Jello even has one here on HEE) and practice practice! There are different methods out there, so mix and match until you find one you like. :) Mine is similar to this one:
