Exactly. Like obviously it’s a spectrum but the only thing that separates him from a puppy mill is he isn’t mass producing

My neighbor offered me a puppy for free but he’s a backyard breeder. I’d rather go support someone who’s breeding to improve the breed and ensure my dog is completely health and genetic tested

I know Eps uses Krita(and so do I), which is free, but has the same stuff as PS.

I use Procreate which is $15 I believe, but I THINK Zomb and a few others use Ibis paint (free version)!
