Latest piece. I'm starting to enjoy my style more! What do y'all think?

Guess this got overlooked? Still looking for critique. :)

Hi! Overall, I think this is a lovely piece. A couple of notes. First, I think the cropping is causing a bit of tension. What I mean by that is the nose of the horse and the tip of his ear is rubbing up against the frame and causing visual tension. I would nudge him over a few tabs to the right to ease this and make his head more centered. I think the lighting and color scheme meshes well. Secondly, the credits are difficult to make out but it could just be the render size in the forums. Thirdly, the lighting from the background suggests this horse should be slightly backlight from the lamplight. You have two competing light sources currently, one from the back (from the background) and one from the left (foreground). I would try to even this out a bit by adding a subtle halo around the horse's head/neck.

Firstly try not making the markings and the hirse itself so bright, it looks glowy and quite unnatural, Tey using shadows to adjust that

Blur/smudge the highlights, anf lower the opacity slightly so their not as 'out there'

Try blurring the bg a bit to add more focus to the horse

Overall a lovely peice

Try adding some highlights to the mane, so it doesn't look just like a block fo black if that makes sense

Other than that I can't really think of anything else :')
