@CC I really love this piece. Body prep and markings are nicely done. I would definitely work on grounding as you mentioned if possible. Other than that, I'd suggest adding a few more shades to the mane/tail. Just take a small brush on force fade for that. Other than that, you have a strong light source coming from the left side of the image but the horse's shadow is not quite in the right position to mirror the light source. Moving the shadow to the right side of the horse would help a lot. Beautiful piece overall :) . @Pegasus First piece: I really really like this pierce. The horse is well cut out and I like how you did the hair. If you can, I would suggest increasing the overall contrast of the horse to help match the background. Other than that, the only part I'd take a look at is grounding. Definitely add some ripples where the horse's legs meet the water and a slight reflection. Second piece: That is a really tough background to work with and I'm not sure that horse quite fits the perspective. I think you might be better off starting over with a different horse a little closer. . @Apex Yay!!!!! There's no white lines! It looks like you may have thought about adding them around the legs but you changed your mind ;) I don't really have much to critique on this, I think it looks very tranquil and realistic. I'm not a huge fan of the vignette around the edges of the image though. I think it would work if it was just along the bottom, but having it across the sky too throws me off a little. With such strong highlights I think you could strengthen the shadow of the horse and add a shadow beneath the mane on the horse. Grounding looks beautiful. Keep up the amazing work! . @Anonymitat "A lot of things that are off" hmmmm yeah, no. I think this is an absolutely gorgeous piece for anyone but especially someone just starting out. I love the eye especially. Body prep and hair are both very realistic. I might tilt the horse just a little bit to match up with the landscape (horse's head upwards and to the left). Other than that, my only critique really is to look at grounding. As opposed to chopping off the feet, use eraser stokes to imitate strands of grass that overlap the feet. Definitely looking forward to seeing more art form you <3

This looks amazing, the white behind the horse looks incredible, placement is awesome, I do wish it was closer but that's what cuts are for, lol. The wavy hair is cool, especially the forelock placement, the tail dangling in the water is very pleasing, I think it would of looked awesome longer and like curved back toward the horse.Wish we saw more mane, but... Are you by chance selling this?

Overall, looks pretty good, but I feel like the lighting is a bit off, especially on the face, the face is not turned enough for that much highlight. Roaning on the base of the next is a bit weird, but even out as you go up. Coloring looks good, tackless would have been better in my opinion, but nicely done!

Not exactly art critique, but I'm looking for someone who'd be able to help me with my pricing sheet design + specific pricing for each cut. I'd guess that via JM would be best, it'll probably just take 10 minutes :)

Thanks HMH, I really appreciate it! I haven't been that relaxed by making a piece in literal years. But no, it's not for sale. Was a commission. <3 I could help out Tangle! I like making pricing sheets.. Even though I never use them? :')

Second WIP. Had to redo a fair amount of the body and lighting, which I feel like I'm struggling with a bit. Any criticisms and tips are appreciated. (Might have to open in new tab for quality.)
