I love this piece! It took me a bit to find something to comment on. The only thing that really jumps out to me is the mane. It kinda just looks like a big block of hair. Maybe lower the opacity on the brush you use so it does not look as thick or blocky. It could always help to add wispy hairs to break it up a bit.

I love the lighting on the piece but the shadow seems a little odd. If the lighting is coming from directly above the horse, then the shadow should be directly below him rather than how it is in the picture here.

Other than that, I really like it! Great job!

Don't have time to critique right now, but props to you for using that horse stock. I always try to use it but its for some reason a very difficult piece to work with ;)
