Before I don anything to the main layer of the horse I always duplicate it and hide it so I can always go back to the original. It’s super handy when programs glitch and dont let you undo things. Gaussian blur is an adjustable filter that pretty much blurs everything on the selected layer. I don’t use either of those programs however I’m sure they would have it. It can normally be found under a filters tab. If you can’t seem to find it I’m sure some quick googling will help :)

I really like it! The horse blends in well, the only problem I see is the horse looks a bit cartoon compared to the rider. |

Thank you for the suggestion <3 I was kinda going for bioluminescent like a jellyfish in this one, but this is really useful for some of my other pieces :D |
