The horses eye is glowing green, however the highlights and glow don't quite match, try adding some small strands of green on the hair and some 1px highlights on another layer on low opacity

Other than that it looks amazing!

Wow breeze this peice looks awsome!

Some suggestions

-try adding more contrast to the markings and smudging then a bit so they look more natural, same with the moon, it would be. A bit darker instead of pure white

-the. Grounding needs more improvement, try adding a little hit of black ona. Clipping layer On the bottem of the hooves, bur it a bit and alter opacity if needed

The size proportion looks wierd,is the first thing I notice,a huge horse in a normal sized town square ,so maybe make the horsecond smaller.I'm going to assume this is a colour change,a very well done colour change.the mane looked a bit block compared to tget tail,so I suggest adding some small flyaways.

Something about it just makes me think it's not touching the ground,but I don't know how to fix it
