And here is the stock

My main area of concern is the shoulder and barrel. I tried following the stock the best I could and also took examples from the HEE reference image. I'm moderately familiar with equine musculoskeletal layout but tbh this angle and amount of muscles being used, I just wanna make sure it doesn't look too weird.

I have a couple more layers of highlights and a shadow layer to go before I add markings. Thanks again!

The horse on the right has it's legs in approx the same placement as yours.

It isn't a bulgie muscle but the point of shoulder that causes the bulge. Muscles in the shoulder are relativly flat

Added patterns. Now for hair and then it's off to the background
