I would say tier 1 or 2 to start at!

Tier 3 I would say is perfect to start at. I probably wouldn't pay over 50k for a piece.

Tier 1 and 2 are the highest tiers... just an FYI because based on your inflection I'm assuming you think it's the other way around? Not trying to make assumptions just trying to help you out ^-^
I think this artist would be best suited to start in tier three like many artists do and work their way up from there. Great work! :)
