now I'm looking for pricing help as I have no idea what to start the base price as.

I figured out my prices by auctioning a few pieces or a custom slot. I would start there.

You are I are both in that awkward thing where you definitely aren't Tier 2 but might feel a little in over your head in Tier 1. If you feel the need to put your art shop in a Tier (I keep mine in the "Art Shop" forum rather than a tier) then I would go in Tier 1, because your prices are for sure over 100k.
