Sooo, my art computer broke, so I got a new one. I'm not sure this one can handle Ibis, so I got GIMP! But What. The. Heck! How do I work this? >.> I can't even figure out how to get a image in! Any help is appreciated! Either post down below, or PM me!

Have you figured anything out since posting this? I suggest watching some tutorials online as a base lesson and then asking more specific questions later. It's been awhile since I've used GIMP, but I can try my best to help.
I keep thinking of making a GIMP guide. Maybe I will sometime. I'd need to re-familiarize myself with it though. Unfortunately my first GIMP guide got deleted when I took a hiatus a couple years back I think :/
