I recently bought a book on horse anatomy and all that jazz to help me with art and practicing where the muscles go. I took a couple of photos and thought I'd share them with fellow artists who need help with anatomy! Hello! Two, no three things.

First off, thanks for sharing <3

Second...what book is this? I'm always on the lookout for horse books, especially ones about anatomy :)

And third, I happen to have 2(?) Maybe 3 thicc books about horses. Two are helping me prepare to hopefully become an equine vet, and one is absolutely stunning photos of horses that are in lots of different poses.

Could I perhaps post some pictures with your permission?

Feel free to share some pictures! Thanks for asking permission beforehand. The book is called The Horse Encyclopedia. It doesn't have the author on it from what I can find but I can take a picture of the cover if that helps?

The book isn't completely based on anatomy. It's more of a general guide that has a ton of info on horse breeds and the history of horses. It does have a good section on anatomy though. Just a heads up that it's not a complete book on anatomy. :)
