What was the original image? That's the most important part of the credits, credited by and date created are not necessary.

I always do something wrong- Sorry WH. I just felt the need to do that

If you want to it's not against the rules, it just takes up more space on the image and generally people don't want credits covering up their image. Did you reference an image or use lines that were already made?

If you do not know who drew the original image, it unfortunately can not be used here.

I think it looks nice, but you forgot a nose color.
