While I don't sell upgrades I can say for the most part 3 month upgrades have varied over the last 5-7 years averaging 120k to 170k. I get if the supply is low but demand is high situation however I wouldn't pay more than 170k for a 3 month personally

I sell upgrades sometimes (not at the moment so feel it’s ok to comment!) and it has to be worth it for me to advertise/deal with someone/send messages - for a 3 month 150k wouldn’t be worth it to me, since I could just buy a money fairy visit instead and not have to do any of that

Why do we suddenly have upgrade inflation lol? Typically its like 150 for a 3 month and it's jumped to 200 for most in the forum

Anecdotally, the stud mine is at keeps babies in mixed groups - they do have a lot more than two though. Boys are gelded around April of their first year, I believe. So you may be ok if you get one of each

Haha, hopefully the mares are in cahoots and give you a pair of fillies or colts - that would certainly make life easier 🤭 sounds like baby will be gorgeous, fingers crossed for a straightforward delivery

BUT I'd love a little chestnut with a teeny little blanket, got a thing for red heads. But baby can be bay, buckskin, Pali or chestnut all with or without app :o

Tracing: What Is It? October 29, 2020 10:48 AM

So, I know what tracing is- it's tracing an image to create a lineart. I also know that it seems to get a very bad rap.
However. Is all tracing bad, illegal and frowned upon? Not just on HEE, everywhere.
I understand that tracing an image that isn't stock, an image that says explicitly to not trace, or not giving credit to the image you traced are all bad. However, what about stock that has no rules, or your own images?
I would like to use a few images of my rabbits that I took and make them into linearts, however I do not actually draw at all and I don't want to do all the work to trace the lines, only to realize that it's not okay at all.
Just a question out of curiosity that I've had for months, and input is appreciated!

Tracing your own images or stock that is free to use is fine.
Tracing images that says not to, or images that are not offered as stock is theft.
If you create lines from others free to use stock, you must still give them credit.

Thank you! That's kinda what I thought, I knew tracing nonstock, not allowed to trace, etc was theft, but I wasn't sure about my own.
