I'm not good at pricing so not much help there. I really like how the hue of the horse in the second piece matches the blue/green ocean tones. The horse does really need a shadow though. I love the basic shape of your manes and tails. It's a super good start! Now you need to start developing the other colors within the hair. A horse's mane and tail are not just two colors. Work on shadows and highlights within the hair. On the first piece, the horse seems a bit too bright for the background. Either lighten up the background or darken the horse. Really pay attention to how the light would separate through the trees and create a shadow on the horse. The tail on the first piece seems very rushed. Instead of creating individual hairs, it looks like scribbles. Remember to draw your strands in the direction the hair is flowing. Instead of just randomly drawing, create swooping motions that follow the "flow" you have already set up in your mane base. Again, begin working on also developing the other colors within the hair. Also on the first piece, it looks like one of the back hooves is not set in the background. It seems like it is floating on top of the flowers. Feel free to message me if you have questions. :) |

Oki! Pweaseeee take this with a grain of salt, Everything that I am about to say is just from my experience and observation.
So on piece one, some things I noticed are that it doesn't really appear to fit in the background, the color of the horse makes it stand out unnaturally, In order to fix that, I just select the horse, and pick a color from the background and paint in the horse on a new layer. After that I would fiddle with the layer settings and pick what I felt looked best. ^^
The shadow was a good start, and I like the way the mane was shaped! The tail seemed a little stiff, but it is absolutely a good start :D. There are some great tutorials for how to shade hair, It's something I still struggle with >.> (Honestly, half the time I just give up and go back to it at a later point).
Some tips I would recommend, is to study the way hair moves and how the light and shadows look. Another thing is I like to take a textured or hard brush and do some outlines and color enhancement around certain points where I think the light would bounce. ^^
You did a great job on the second one, The horses feet looked really good where they met the grass, so +1 for that. :O I also liked how the horn looked. ^^
So in short, thats my personal opinion and ideas.
A good start for pricing would be around 15k - 20k depending on complexity, you can even have addon prices for wings/props/horns/additional animals.
