I need to find a new art app

So I'm trying to get back into art, I don't have a job so I can't pay for PS or anything like that. So I'm trying to find a few that I can try out. I have used GIMP, didn't understand how to do anything xD. Tried DA, stopped working and I couldn't use it, it wont let me import images. And I just can't find any good apps. Like stated above, nothing that you have to pay for.

Please help me. I really liked doing art and it was fun. It was also a good way to make some Ebs. xD

I need help please :)
