I am currently charging 10k for stable sets and 25k for horse avatars. Should I change/increase my prices?

Great work! I think you could do a price increase - IMO $35k-$50k for a stable set or horse avatar.
With that being said, please make sure your credits can clearly be read. Some of them are much too small and blurry which will result in a reset until they can clearly be read. |

Your art is beautiful and you're very talented! I would recommend working on connecting the horse to the ground a bit, because on the 3rd piece especially it looks like the horse is kind of floating. I would also work on adding shadows to the horse from the environment, again because of the 3rd one. I do agree with Abs' price increase suggestion, too. |
