So, I covert my art to JPG and crop them to 400 by 400 pixels before sending it to the artist, and I always do a test on one of my horses just to make sure the image isnÂ’t too large. Lately, HEE is not allowing me to upload any JPG files. When I try to upload one, it says it is an invalid file type. I even double check to make sure that the art is JPG, below the max height and width of pixels, and that it is under the max amount of bytes. This has been happening for the past week or so, and it has never happened before.

Do you save them as JPG or as JEPG? Because there is a difference between these two file types and only JPG will work

Actually, that wasnÂ’t the problem. IÂ’m not sure whatÂ’s going on, but when I tried to upload a new piece (that I was 110% sure was JPG, not JPEG), it said it was, again, an invalid file type. |

Are you/your art customers trying to upload from mobile devices, or from a computer? |
