Here's how to search for stock images on deviantART:

Go to www.deviantART.com > Beneath categories, click 'Resources & Stock Images > Beneath categories, click 'Stock Images' > Enter what you are looking for in the search bar, ie: black horse > Credit properly and follow all stock provider rules to prevent your artwork from being reset.

Unsplash is pretty much free game so long as credited properly and the image isn't stolen from someone/somewhere - we use reverse image search to determine that.

Pixabay is tricky and I would not recommend it until you are familiar with crediting.

I search on DeviantArt by typing in "bay horse stock" or "gallop horse stock" and then try to look for a nice pose with no blurring. Use whatever color/pose you are wanting. You also want a crisp photo with good lighting.
