I'd pay 45k ish for that piece, but consistency is key to price an art shop :) You can get a more solid price estimate if you post more examples.

10-20k. There isn't much flow to the tail, and it looks like it was simply cut out, though carefully. And the back hooves are cut off, even though the horse is on solid ground.
