Ok, so.. i decided to try making some art, and Signed up for DeviantArt and all, and i cannot figure out how to use other peoples Linearts to color in? I am trying to use a free one ( I know how to credit and all ) and i CANNOT figure it out! I need help!! ANY info i will be grateful for! <3

I take the png ones and use a painter program to color in the transparent areas. Be sure to draw in the lines if you color over them.
