Hey all! Desperately need a hand here. I made a new piece for my boy today, and I have spent the last hour and a half trying to upload it! No matter what I do, it has the error message, “filesize too large” or incorrect format. Ive tried all the online converters and file size changers etc, but nothing is working! Please help! Will add image below, whoever can change it to an uploadable size for me will be rewarded and loved forever! <3

What editing app do you use then? If GIMP Save as JPG and click show resize I think it is and slide until its under He file size. |

Created with Adobe Photoshop Mix, Adobe Photoshop Sketch and Phonto. All on iOS. They dont offer save file options. |

If using a mobile/iPad you cant upload art as a JPEG and a PNG file is to large so try making the actual image smaller |

Tried this just now. No difference :( I resize the image, it has a filesize of 52KB, try to upload and it says invalid file type, when Ive selcted the JPEG option... Funny thing is Ive never had an issue before! |

the pixels size is to big. It 900x900 but it needs to be 500x500 if its an avi. Try scaling it down or cropping the image :) |

Haha, sorry. That was just the raw-er image I uploaded to DA. Pre-edited / higher quality just in case someone amazing will edit and send to me all fixed :D Despite pixel size being 450 when Ive tried to upload to HEE, it still wont work :) Thankyou though! |
