hey, if a Stock owner writes in their rules this
- No use on howrse at all unless you note me BEFOREhand - strictly no coats.
Off site - No use on howrse
Can i still use it on here? as long as they dont have in there something like "or other online horse games"?

Usually yes. If a stock providers allows off site use but not on the site mentioned above, I take it as being able to be used on other sim game sites.
Many stock providers do not allow use on that one specific game because that game does not allow credits to be on the image. |

Many stock artists wont allow use on that site due to the inability to credit when used as a coat. But they will allow use on other sites. :)
Unless it says "No Sim Games" you are generally alright. |
