I have purchased 51 of them for this account over my years here lol
Minerva

I refuse to charge more than 160-170k- it means I usually sell out quick sharp and regularly get messages asking if I have any when I haven't advertised in ages so it works for me
All Breeds
06:49:00 Fawn
While I don't sell upgrades I can say for the most part 3 month upgrades have varied over the last 5-7 years averaging 120k to 170k. I get if the supply is low but demand is high situation however I wouldn't pay more than 170k for a 3 month personally
Tamarack Mountain
06:43:54 Opal
well that makes sense I agree with that
Ashcroft Park Stud
06:42:42 Ash
I sell upgrades sometimes (not at the moment so feel it’s ok to comment!) and it has to be worth it for me to advertise/deal with someone/send messages - for a 3 month 150k wouldn’t be worth it to me, since I could just buy a money fairy visit instead and not have to do any of that

if people pay that much then you will be charged that moth then soon someone will make it even more. Quit paying the high price

Why do we suddenly have upgrade inflation lol? Typically its like 150 for a 3 month and it's jumped to 200 for most in the forum

Cool it's this accounts 8 yr anniversary
Ashcroft Park Stud
06:07:21 Ash
Anecdotally, the stud mine is at keeps babies in mixed groups - they do have a lot more than two though. Boys are gelded around April of their first year, I believe. So you may be ok if you get one of each
Ashcroft Park Stud
06:04:26 Ash
Haha, hopefully the mares are in cahoots and give you a pair of fillies or colts - that would certainly make life easier 🤭 sounds like baby will be gorgeous, fingers crossed for a straightforward delivery

I'd take a filly or colt - there's my mare and another that's pregnant, would just like the same sex regardless LOL

BUT I'd love a little chestnut with a teeny little blanket, got a thing for red heads. But baby can be bay, buckskin, Pali or chestnut all with or without app :o

So exciting Capp! What are you hoping for?
I can’t wait to see all this year’s foals at the stud my ponio is at. Babies are so much fun 🥹

Should I lower my prices? May 7, 2020 10:06 AM

So I'm currently in Tier 3 and I charge around 10K per piece. Link to art shop https://horseeden.com/forums.php?f=58&t=38108. I currently have a lot of orders and my slots have been full for awhile. I spend a few hours per piece as it's time consuming for me. However I got worried if my prices were too high or low. I understand that my art isn't the best quality but I spend a lot of time per piece. I'm just wondering if my prices were too high or not.

Stable Set- $10,000

Horse Avatar/About Us Page- $12,000

Stable Avatar/Banner- $6,000

Thank you :D.

I think you're prices are great! If you spend A ton of time and effort on them, then I would say keep them! you're art is great :)

I think that your current prices are great! Maybe switch pricing however, so 10k for stable set and 12k for horse avatar, since those are probably slightly more time consuming.

I'll go change that :D. I tend to have a harder time with horse avatars so that makes more sense.

If you have a lot of orders, it's time to boost your price. That being said, working on hair and shadows is going to be necessary before your prices can get too much higher. Add 3k to the cost of each piece.

I'm still working on shadows and I work on hair a few hours each day. I currently have all of my slots full and it's been full for a few weeks. I'm a slow worker (sorry guys). Thanks for the feedback!

I think you could raise your prices, maybe about 3-4k more.
I would practice will full images rather than just cutting it off at the fetlocks. Maybe paint in a little more muscle for a little more "pop", and try experimenting with eye painting!! Lastly, I would definitely work on hair shadows. If you ever want help, PM me :)
