I have gone through all of these providers rules/ journals, and from everything I have found, ALL of the stock by these providers is able to use on HEE!!!

Darya87 needs to be watched carefully with her lineart. Many of her older lineart does not use stock art as a reference and can't be used on HEE.

Also BillTokioHotel requires permission to be used off site, and they do not reply in my experience, so using their stock is iffy |
