It's really sad that after pressing to have the heat in one of my offices fixed so it isn't in the 40s in here while I'm working, I now have to tell my bosses that I'm not coming back into this office until it's fixed. It is way too fucking cold and no one cares enough about the employees here to fix it.

I have a tier 2 art shop open already, I was in tier 3, 2 ish months ago and I believe I have improved so will be in tier 2

50-60k is a good starting price IMO :)

Edit: Check that. I'm thinking 75k is more like it.
