Sin, you cannot if they're already on your account. However, You can...if you're purchasing them in the game upgrades and more to sell to another person..you just change your stable number in the box for theirs

I've noticed some people wanting 'special about us code' in their palettes. What does this mean, does anyone have an example, and how do I do it? XD

The "About Us" section is on somebody's stable home page, it's not part of their palette. You can see it titled "About This Stable" when you visit somebody's stable.

They want an 'About Us' section designed for them. That's the first time I've ever seen anybody ask for that, and I have no idea how that code would even be transferred, but the 'About Us' section usually includes a picture (use the one on my page as an example) and information about the stable done up in some sort of fancy way with dividers, different fonts and colors, etc.
