I used to use Photoshop a few years back and I think my dad actually bought it for me. Since then, the computer I used it on was damaged and I no longer have the program.
I've been using Gimp, but I have heard (through opinion but a lot of people agree) that Photoshop is really the best.
Do I go onto adobe / creative cloud and go under plans? There is a plan that is 9.99/mo which is doable for me. It is the 'photography' bundle. If I only use the program for manips would this bundle be suitable for me?
It says it includes:
Lightroom CC
Lightroom Classic CC
Photoshop CC (what I want, right? do you all that use photoshop use photoshop cc or am I getting mixed up)
200GB of iCloud storage
It also gives plan options:
Photography plan (20GB)
Photography plan (1TB)
Lightroom CC plan (1TB)
Not sure which I *need to pick.
Haven't done this type of thing in awhile so it makes me nervous, lol.
