The best way is to go through all the pinned threads at the arts forum and learn about

the rules,

how crediting works at HEE,

allowed art sources

not allowed art sources

how to edit art, so you can use it here

which art programms are recommended to other users

why is AI generated art not allowed

and so on.

Additionally there should be some links to off site youtube videos where you can learn about different techniques you can use.

After reading and learning, you can start off and try to work on some pieces and then post them here and ask for advise, how to get better and start your arting career.
