Hey! So I want to learn how to give my photo manip horse a ¨Painted¨ look? I have seen other artists have something like it and it looked soooo cool!! I wanted to try it out but have no Idea... If you can help/ give me any tips, that would be amazing!!! Thank you all! <3

Smudge. It's what gives it that smooth look.
lightly smudge around in the direction I guess the hair would go. The creases and all. Then highlight and lowlight. Get a black brush on a lower opacity on a different layer and airbrush the dark areas (the creases and such). And then when your finished, do a LIGHT blur on it. Then make another layer and do highlights. Lightly blur if needed. Smudge if needed. And tada.

thats how I do it, but it varies through artist.
