What a beautiful piece to start out with! I really like how nicely your horse has been cut out. I think some things that would really help you would be to take a look at gently blurring the background, giving the horse a shadow on the ground, and doing highlights/shadows on the horse to help it look like it "fits" in the background. :)

i use paint 3D which is a crappy software. im hopefully going to get an ipad for christmas and get a new software or app.
