I just got a really good art idea, but I'm afraid my hair and wing skills will ruin the piece.. I just dont know how to properly make the shape of the hair or capture how it flows, nor do I know how to properly shade/highlight. With the wings, I don't really get how to make them connect to the body without looking wonky.. does anyone have any tips for those?

Tip for wings: Attach the wings at an angle to the body that makes sense for the direction the horse is flying. Paint additional feathers to better mold the wings onto the body, and it could help to study how bird wings work
