Luckily I have two offices and the heat is working in one of them, so I'm just going to hole up in there and anyone who has an issue with it can get bent at this point

It's really sad that after pressing to have the heat in one of my offices fixed so it isn't in the 40s in here while I'm working, I now have to tell my bosses that I'm not coming back into this office until it's fixed. It is way too fucking cold and no one cares enough about the employees here to fix it.

Howdy guys. I made this greyscale and I'm very happy with how the greyscale itself turned out. However, whenever I add color to the greyscale, suddenly my highlights look like I took a white paintbrush and scribbled all over it! Any ideas on how to fix it or what I did wrong?
I've tried burning the highlights a little, and then it just looked like I had no highlights at all. I also messed with opacity on the highlights layer as well as layer modes and couldn't find anything that made it look much better. I'm using photoshop CC 2015

Hey! I personally think the highlights look great! If you wanted to try something else, make a new layer and actually do scribble them with white. Then set the layer to overlay and play with the blurring and opacity.

I think the highlights look fine. That is exactly how a sheen on a short coated black dog looks
