I am sick and tired of always having the wrong file type even after I convert it like 5 times and never being able to upload art. I use ibisPaint on my phone and have the compressing down, but always seem to get the file type messed up. —— Are there any phone arters that have experience with changing the file type? If so please please please pm me or show me in here what converter you use. —— Thanks in advance. :) |

I use this, it has a bunch of different converting options. I use a very similar site to compress: https://compresspng.com/ and it works well! Hope that helps, not sure what file type you're struggling with. I also use Ibis and always save it as PNG |

You should be fine if you export the image from your art app as PNG or JPG. But if it's actually messing up, iLoveIMG has always worked for me.
It's worth noting that sometimes uploading art on HEE from a phone just won't work. The phone screws the file or whatever and no matter how you save the image it'll refuse to upload. These same images will upload completely fine from a computer. I know from experience. |

I basically save it as a PNG off of IbisPaint then I compress it and then try and convert the file type and then try and upload it and that’s where it goes wrong. I’m going to try your suggestions and see what works. Thank you :) |
