the hair looks good well done, maybe try to make it match the horse a little more, its a little dark for that horse, so maybe add a little more white and gray to lighting it up!
Overall the art looks really nice, but the horse looks like it has no eyes try to ad a light blue line or glow to the eye to make it more stand out.
Also the lighting of the sun goes towards the horse but the shadow is so small i would make a shadow a little longer for that to match the sunlight!
But great work for sure, well done
