It looks nice. The only thing is it's hard to tell the neck and head apart. Other than that, I love it!

Overall, I really like this piece. It looks as though you used a very large brush. I would recommend that you use a smaller brush to do the small details like the eye, mane, shadowing, and highlighting. I think the main thing that would make your piece better is to really focus on shadowing and highlighting. Shadowing will held separate the head from the neck and stop them from blending together, like Nevermore stated.
