I think that's beautiful! Personally, I think you're undercharging for your work, I'd say you could go up to maybe 80k for now? I would work on connecting the horse to the background more, perhaps using a shadow or drawing grass around his feet, but your work on the horse itself is lovely.

for the white lines they need to really be on the side of the horse where the source of light is coming from the lines under the body look a bit off

and with the background I feel like the horse needs deeper shadowing under the jawline and on the legs rump etc

lasso tool then i do the markings with a white brush and set the layer to color and then duplicate and set that one to soft light and if it needs it another then duplicate the soft light layer;) you can color balance the markings through the layers if they need it aswell
