If anything it's a little bit bright where you have the light flare since it's on a light coated horse. Even though it's a tad bright, you did excellent on matching the lighting to the horse.

I think the horses eyes could have a bit more detail, and the forelock with more stray strands of hair.

On the second one, I'd lower the brightness and contrast on the horse just a tad. The mane looks very good, love the fly away hairs however the forelock looks spiked almost. I'd bring the hairs downwards more and give them slightly more movement. The back foot looks like it cuts away to suddenly as well. Other than that, fantastic work!!! :D
