The horse matches the background well. You might want to consider fiddling with the sizing and placement a bit. The neon patterns look as though they're glowing, but they don't cast a glow, so perhaps add a glow around them. The tail looks nice, though slightly large, but the mane and forelock look a bit blocky. The face is a slight bit too bright, as it isn't in the light, and the lifted hoof is difficult to see, so consider making that a bit lighter in color, but not brighter.

Otherwise the piece looks amazing, very well done!
