This one does look pretty good, but do you have any more examples? I know the horse is a precut, but I don't know if you're comfortable cutting out your own horses, drawing hair, etc? If you're still using precuts then I'd say T3 to start and get comfortable, 5-10k though it's hard to tell without more examples. |

I'd say tier 3 maybe around 5-10k. Your should add some shadows and add depth in your manes/tails by adding different color strangs. You should also add shadows and highlights to the horses to make them blend better into the background. |
