Hi! I am currently a tier 3 artist with prices ranging from 30-50k. I have been thinking about moving to tier 2, do you guys think this is suitable?
This is my shop

I'd say stay in tier 3 for now, as you're new to HEE, and your hair could use a little work before moving up to tier 3. (I in no way mean this to be offensive, just some advice^^)

I personally would say move to tier two, your hair work is better than what I see in most tier three including my own shop! Love the attention to detail! Keep up the great work! :)

I say stay in tier 3 as well. While your patterns and colors are nice, I find that you definitely could improve with hair, grounding, and making the horse look apart of the image before moving up.

The hair could use much more dimension in my opinion. The strands are all bunched together in one motion if that makes sense, strands lack size variety, and it just looks flat due to lack of proper highlights/shadows. There are some fabulous hair tutorials in the art forum I recommend you take a look at :)

As for grounding and making the horse look apart of the image, for the first 2 pieces shown in your shop I would've liked to see better grounding of the hooves. For the second one it looks like you just covered the hooves with an airbrush. For that piece I feel you could've added some more details like dust particles to make it look like the horse is actually kicking up the sand. For the water one, I would've liked to see the horse's reflection in the water and the rippling by the legs seemed flat. I recommend not using a large airbrush for that like it appears you did. I'd also like to see the horses look apart of the art more. I like to do this by playing with hues, saturation, etc of the horse to match the background.

I don't mean any of this in a bad way, I just wanted to point out where I think you could do some improving and help a bit :)

Honestly I can't be of help in that area, as I suck at hair. I'd say try practicing on a blank piece by painting hair from scratch, using the tutorials listed in the art help section.
