Definitely not tier 3 :) but I'm not QUITE sure I'd put you at 100k/tier one. You've got a lot of potential, you seem to do different things which is great, plenty of room for improvement :) could see you tier one by this time next year if you keep at it

Thanks Keo! Any idea on a price range? I want to start out with something a bit cheap but not below the quality if that makes sense
