Mm. I'd say low price but teir 1. Some improvements could be made adjusting the horse color and undertones in the horse to the tones of the bg. If you can get that down pat (and it's not bad now) definitely tier 1. <3

I'd definitely place you Tier 1 with this. Especially with the speed you are improving at. This is stunning. I know how much work mane, hair in general and these patterns are. Keep it up.

You could start low tier 1 and just keep going from there. Or auction off some practice pieces and see what people are willing to pay for it.
