I feel like my art progress has been at a standstill for a bit now and I wanted to know what y'all think I could do to improve!

a lot of those are really beautiful! i would only set myself as a high tier 3- very low tier 2 artist, so my advice isnt the top most importance haha, but i think if you pay more attention to lighting/light source, darken the shadows and make the highlights pop, these will really improve!

Hi! I am too learning to improve at art, but from looking at your pieces I have a main takeaway Firstly I want to say I love the concepts of all the pieces, and the complex scenes with jewellery and props, etc are so impressive! I think the main thing to improve is your lighting. In some pieces the horse naturally matches, but for example in the forest piece with the dappled grey, the light behind the horse is very bright and should be leaving a glow and outline where the light is hitting the horse from the back. The ear and mane should have significantly more highlights around the edge, under the belly should be lit up and etc. I can do more pieces if you would like (through PM)! Here is a quick and exaggerated look at the lighting. I can explain more if I haven't made sense - I'm pretty bad at explaining but feel free to message me if you want more explanation. I would also definitely suggest to get lighting down! I use overlays and soft lights to get everything looking like it belongs, and as enoki said, you want to be conscious of your placement. That as well as grounding, it's important not to just cut off the legs where you want them to end, I use a mix of textured erasures and painting different terrains like grass over ;) - I'd also say that the big thing is just refining and getting consistent in your style, with some of your pieces I can see the canvas size is a bit too small for the piece to look crisp and retain a lot of detail, but others look like a perfect fit, so just keep doing pieces and getting into a rhythm <3
