Currently, I'm a high tier 3 artist. But I feel like my art has improved some since then.

Before I started HEE artwork, I had no idea what body prep was, and I still feel lost on it.

So, my main questions are:

...

1.) What is body prep, and what is it used for/how do I use it? SOLVED

2.) Should I move up a tier?

3.) How much should I price my art at?

...

If anyone could help, thatd be awesome! Here are my two most recent pieces, done roughly a week apart. The second was finished yesterday.

There's some really great tutorials in here and most cover body prep, if you search 'tutorial' you will find a lot. I personally refer to Zomb's and Ep's a lot

For pricing, I always, always recommend throwing a custom slot out there. It has helped me personally when it comes to figuring out pricing. Tier-wise, I think you`re still Tier 3, but I`d wait for more opinions, ❤️

Edit: for the custom slot, I do a really low SB and no AB, :)

If you're curious about pricing I'd do some custom slot or pre-made auctions and see what they average. Though, bare in mind people will spend way higher in auction so adjust accordingly. I set my Starting Bids pretty low, and some artists on here will start at 1ebs for the fun of it.

Personally I love your art style and I think you're in the right direction for body-prep. It's really just about defining the body of the horse with highlights/shadows and smoothing out imperfections in the stock images.
