I rarely buy art, but when I do I upload it to my an image hosting site. Right now I'm paying for lensdump so they're all in their own folders there. Haha

I've started doing that for Bio images! That way I can easily exchange them

Hopes and dreams and a sprinkle of luck... Idk I have sets from 4 years ago that I don't even remember saved in my game mail... as for creating sets... well I give them random names and save them on my pc and hope I can find them if I ever need to.

I have a folder on my cloud so that I can access it anywhere/any device that has a breakdown of all the HEE artists. OC files are named after the OC and whatever cut it is in the artist's folder. Otherwise I name them after the artist's title or go generic and do whatever color the horse is/could pass off as. I also save the horse avatars in a seperate folder so when I go looking for art for new horses I just scroll til I find something that fits.

Saving the horse avatars separately is super smart! I'll have to try that

Postimages folder, It's what's been working for me for the last 5 or so years XD I did try switching them all over to lensdump about a year ago, took too long and I have up. And since I've been doing that for so long, it's fairly organized. As in its in order of when I got it newest > oldest. And all the cuts are together.
