no I think it's just "if you currently have one, you then need to use money". your singular pen should always be ebs-purchasable I'd think

I am trying to go through and label all of the art I have bought over the years and I have found some that I can't find the artist on so I am here to see if anyone notices any of the pieces.
The constellation horse art's credited stable number doesn't exist anymore so that is more just to see if anyone recognizes the art style.

Pretty sure, if I remeber correctly Shiveria was a stable, but is no longer around, same thing with the last one, the account was deserted?
